Wayne and Duplin Counties

This directory was funded through a grant from the Wayne County Health Department and was developed in by East Carolina University in collaboration with The Hispanic Community Development Center, Inc.  The Hispanic Community Development Center is an organization offering services such as:

•English language classes

•Computer training

•Food bank

•Health fairs

•Educational programs

•Employment assistance

•Cultural festivals

•Special projects such as book bags and school supplies for local Hispanic and needy children in the community and Thanksgiving food baskets for families in need.
